Spring has arrived and for many of us is the ideal time to organize and decorate. As winter passes into spring, the look is old and the new look. This is a good time to bring new ideas to your home and liven things up! Spring is a good time to do business in the decorative accessories in the garden and yard sales. As the seasons change, many times your local savings and consignment stores will have a change in inventory. This is the time when many people finally donate unwanted merchandise that has just been in the garage or house. Spring cleaning! My advice ... ... .. is your private garden or garage sale and make some extra money on these items. But, lucky for us frugal shoppers, there are some people who just do not want to take time. So be sure not to miss decorating supplies, furniture, fixtures, paint, wallpaper and textiles that can be found at many thrift stores. Sometimes pulling items from one room to another and simply re-organize, fix, or just a topic in a different way may be sufficient. Add a fresh coat of paint, different window sauces and replacement of furnishings, and WHA LAH! You have a new room. Need some paint? You can find high quality paintings at a fraction of retail when the colors do not show exactly as it should.
